The hotel's location near the city center was good. the staff were efficient and excellent at cooperating; we had a quick check-in. the breakfast was tasty and marvelous with a variety of options.

The breakfast available was tasty and amazing with the most basic ingredients missing and american waffles, as example. I had functional and good-sized room with very comfortable beds.

Convenient location, reasonable price, excellent facilities, and exceptional service make this our top choice for 20 years. Club room perks with all-day food and drink were a pleasant surprise. Staff, including Hanna, Pani Kawa, pan Michael, and Robert, deliver a luxurious and personalized experience. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice touches like chocolates. Sauna facilities and comfy bed were highlights.

We loved the central location of the hotel, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Old Town and stunning Lazienki Gardens. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with spotless rooms and daily refills of toiletries. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were excellent, with fantastic restaurants, including an impressive Azya restaurant. Additionally, we were pleased to find that parking and transportation options were readily available.

Guests can also enjoy a continental breakfast buffet with a variety of options. the private facilities were a perfect touch to make our stay extra special.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the spa lounge service. the masseuse was overbooked, and my massage began fifteen minutes later than scheduled.

During my recent stay at Sheraton, they went above and beyond to exceed my already high expectations. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a higher room. The room itself was immaculate, showcasing the hotel's commitment to continuous renovation and fresh furnishings. It was by far the best Sheraton I have experienced so far.
